Can Kids Play at Bounce?Yes! Brady Kramer, a local physical education teacher and hockey coach, is leading Bounce's kids programming for 5-17 year olds. Kids under the age of 18 do not need a separate membership and can be registered through their parents' memberships. Kids are always welcome on your private court rental, with parental supervision. During general (aka non-kid) open play, any players who are at least 14-years old will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that these are adult sessions, and if your child wants to join a general open play, we cannot require those adults to treat them differently than they would treat other adults (shot selection, etc.) For more information on kids programming, please reach out to Brady Kramer, Kramerb16@yahoo.com.

What is Bounce's refund policyAll reservations for private courts and open plays must be canceled a minimum of 6 hours in advance to receive a full refund. All refunds will default to your CourtReserve account; any refunds requested to go back to a credit card will incur an 8% processing fee (unless Bounce cancels the event, then there will be no processing fee back to credit cards, if requested). Certain other events will have longer cancelation windows, which will be listed in the event registrations.
